Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements specific to motor lending servicing.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
- Develop documentation including business requirement specifications, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Support the implementation of system changes and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and system functionalities.
- Conduct regular reviews to measure success and identify further improvement opportunities.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting is essential
- 5+ years working within motor lending and servicing is essential
- Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools
