Due to expansion, our client is looking to appoint a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their growing team. Our client is a well-established and prestigious charity that does vital in their area of expertise.

The ideal person would be passionate about representing a Charity that will make a lasting impact on people and the planet and being part of this journey will be a really fulfilling one!

Your role is vital and a key role that will work across multiple sectors and markets to help with driving the next stage in their business development initiatives. You will be conducting research, generating a portfolio of new leads and investments, in addition to helping existing customers maximise their use of trusted datasets and reports. Working closely with the Engagement Lead and Programme Officers, as the Sales and Marketing Executive you will engage with businesses and financial institutions around the world.

As the Sales and Marketing Executive you will partner with Programme Officers and the Technical team to help ensure best-in-class customer service and support new product development. You will also help raise awareness of the organisation, representing the alliance externally and supporting marketing and communications efforts.

As the Sales and Marketing Executive you will be:

  • Developing, owning, and implementing multi-year channel strategies and plans
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Managing social media platforms
  • Researching and sharing new development to wider market
  • Identifying opportunities for organisations engagement
  • Developing stakeholder relations acroess the organisations and alliances
  • Develop and deliver engagement action plans
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and in webinars, proactively identifying opportunities for sector engagement.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Research and share new developments in the wider market.
  • Own and manage Client Relationship Management system and related email marketing to engage current and prospective customers and deliver customer service excellence.
  • Respond to customer queries, to provide timely, high-quality customer and product support.
  • Help develop training materials, including tutorial videos, and briefing notes to provide clear and engaging training sessions to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for engagement via the website and platform.

As the Sales and Marketing Executive you will have:

  • Experience of working in a Sales and Marketing or Lead Generation role that would allow you to use your skills and further develop them within the organisation
  • Experience of planning and deploying marketing and sales plans to deliver products
  • Excellent project Management, administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience of working in partnerships with variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Commercially minded
