Opus people solutions on behalf of Cambridge County Council have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join their Assessment team.
Length of assignment: Initialy 3 Months
Hours per week: 37
Hourly rate: 46
Location: Cambridge and Huntingdon
Remote/Office based: twice a week in the office
- To review all cases from Mash where level 3 threshold has been determined.
- To assign cases to social workers with management oversight and decision.
- To review cases allocated within 10 days of allocation and to provide supervision to workers to ensure that the work is being undertaken in accordance with the protocol.
- To provide response to complaints received in relation to work undertaken in the team.
- To support the Service Manager and Head of Service with leading the workforce and driving practice forward.
- To work with colleagues and support other Team Managers in the different districts and to undertake strategy discussions and meetings where this is proportionate.
