We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join a growing business just outside Cambridge. You will be responsible for the operational management of the business and to achieve growth sales in the future. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders, manage budgets, lead teams, and drive strategic initiatives to foster growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, skilled in business planning, and excels in team leadership.As the Business Manager you will be:

Participating in the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth
Identifying new market opportunities and lead initiatives to capitalize on them
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Supervising and mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
Being the main point of contact for the Manufacturing site

As the Business Manager you will have:

French language skills
Strong Commercial skills
Warehouse managements and logistics
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
