Cyber Security Manager - Cambridge (Hybrid) - Up to 90,000 DOE
A fast-growing tech company is looking for a Cyber Security Manager to take ownership of their security strategy. The successful candidate will lead ISO 27001 compliance, security audits, and risk management while driving best practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and evolve ISO 27001 frameworks & ISMS.
- Oversee security audits, risk assessments, and compliance.
- Embed security in product development, working with engineering teams.
- Lead incident management, track KPIs & implement corrective actions.
- Own and update security policies & disaster recovery plans.
- Manage customer RFP security requirements & external audits.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in ISO 27001, risk management & cybersecurity.
- Ability to translate security concepts to all levels of the business.
- Hands-on approach to driving security initiatives & compliance.
