We are delighted to be supporting a leading Cambridgeshire employer as they seek to recruit a Facilities Assistant to join their team. This role will be an initial 2 month temporary assignment, and will be for 20 hours per week. This role will be an office based position, with some potential working from home available for the ideal candidate. As the incoming Facilities Assistant, you will be tasked with the following duties:- Providing support for any facilities related queries- Responsible for the day to day management of the facilities system- Maintaining the data base for all job request- Generating purchase orders as required- Ad hoc invoicing in relation to PO's- General administrative and secretarial duties- Additional duties as requiredAs the successful candidate for this role, you will have previous experience working in a similar level role, with good knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Access or Filemaker.
