Their operations are guided by principles of openness, care, agility, and collaboration, working closely with partners and service users to achieve their objectives.Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance and response works comply with statutory and MoD requirements, Health and Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Supervise Supply Chain teams, ensuring they have the necessary qualifications, equipment, and skills.
- Monitor service delivery for quality, value for money, and safety, ensuring performance indicators are met.
- Review and coordinate Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Record and manage tasks in the CAFM system, ensuring timely documentation.
- Review site risk registers, follow maintenance processes, and report equipment defects.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Service Publications, working with the Mobile Authorised Persons team.
- Manage Asbestos and Legionella responsibilities, including compliance with respective management plans.
- Oversee full project management for M&E/B&CE tasks, including financial and commercial aspects.
