Land Agent job in Cambridge Cambridgeshire. Our client is one of the UK's largest real estate and property consultancies in the UK, operating 34 offices nationwide. They are looking for a Land Agent with an estate management background to join their Cambridge office. Offering a salary of up to 30,000 - 55,000 + car allowance + bonus.

Role & Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day Estate Management
- Identifying maintenance requirements and setting up/managing Planned Maintenance Programmes
- General management of Agricultural and Residential tenancies, some Commercial lets, sporting and forestry
- Preparation of Digital Plans and implementation of Computerised Estate Terrier - Advise on and manage general rural professional matters
- Strategically work with other departments to develop new sales opportunities and to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- RICS Qualified
- CAAV qualification (desired)
- Experience in rural valuations (desired)
- Strong negotiating and presentational skills.
