Administrator - Cambridge NHSService Care Solutions are currently seeking an Administrator to work within Cambridge NHS on a full-time basis. This is a temporary contract for 6 months+ with the possibility of extension.

  • Pay: £13.50 PAYE inc.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties:
    • Managing the airlock for service users, visitors, and staff.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Organising clinics, meetings, and appointments.
    • Maintaining and updating patient records, including filing and scanning.
    • Word processing various types of correspondence, reports, and summaries as required.
  • Minute Taking:
    • Preparing agendas and recording minutes for meetings.
  • Diary Management:
    • Efficiently managing staff diaries and schedules.
  • Data Input:
    • Inputting and updating service user and team activity information in computerised systems.
    • Creating service user notes when necessary.
  • Liaison:
    • Proactively contacting internal and external teams for service user information.
  • General Requests:
    • Addressing staff and service user inquiries.
