Temporary vacancy – Administrator

Duration: 3 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £13.50 (£15.13 including holiday pay)

Location: Royal Papworth Hospital, CB2 0AY (on-site)

You’ll be delivering outstanding customer service as part of our Helpdesk for Hard and Soft Facilities Management. This role involves handling large volumes of calls and emails, logging requests on our Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the CAFM system to meet contractual obligations, manage job cards, and produce reports.
  • Assist subcontractors and suppliers, handling electronic correspondence.
  • Liaise proactively with technical staff, supervisors, managers, and building users to ensure timely communication.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Helpdesk Manager with report production, including the Monthly Performance Report.
  • Offer administrative support across various functions such as H&S, Maintenance, Projects, Finance, Commercial, Quality, and Compliance.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
