We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 & 2 primary Teacher tojoin our friendly and supportive team in a well-respected primary school in Cambridge. Requirements:
* QTS, PGCE and strong academic record
* Creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful and adaptable practitioner.
* Passionate about learning
* Able to communicate your passion to children and parents.
* Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and eager to learn
Assess and track student progress, using data to inform planning and support learning
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement
Take part in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events
