We are currently recruiting for a Bench Joiner/Carpenter to work for a fantastic company based in Swavesey
They’re looking for someone to come into the team who has previous experience working as a Carpenter or a Joiner who is looking for a new challenge in an onsite workshop based position.
Typical duties would include:
- Precisely measure, cut, and assemble wood components according to detailed drawings and specifications.
- Cutting wood to specific lengths as per drawing requirements.
- Completing bespoke projects to time pressured deadlines.
- Adapting products to fit to client requirements and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
The successful candidate:
- Previous carpentry/joinery experience and experience working on bespoke projects
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
