Walker Cole International is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer to join an established pharmaceutical CDMO in the Southeast. In this role, you will ensure sure processes run smoothly, safely, and align with necessary standards for quality and efficiency.

  • Create and refine chemical processes to boost productivity and product quality, while maintaining consistent operations with control systems.
  • Guarantee adherence to GMP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines, and keep thorough records, including SOPs, process diagrams, and batch logs.
  • Drive process enhancements, perform risk evaluations, and work with various teams to address challenges and ensure the safety and quality of the product.
  • Offer technical assistance, assess data, suggest process improvements, and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Solid knowledge and foundation of chemical process principles, GMP compliance, and experience in process simulation software and control systems.
  • Proven industrial scale-up experience (lab to pilot plant or pilot plant to commercial), including expertise in spray drying activities.
