About the Company:
A longstanding client of mine are on the verge of transforming RF Front-End Architectures with their groundbreaking solutions, and are now looking to hire a product focused technical rf engineer, to meet with customers and clients to help them understand this new product.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced RF Product Application Support Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with an undisclosed leading client within the mobile space, driving the technical acceptance of their advanced RF solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in supporting customers through evaluations and design-in efforts. You will also collaborate with internal teams to create demos, generate critical data, and develop the tools necessary to highlight the value of their offerings. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and persistent in overcoming challenges, while thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Frequent global travel to client locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on technical support to ensure the successful adoption of their RF solutions at customer sites.
  • Develop tailored product demos and understand customer-specific requirements at the component level.
  • Assist in customer evaluations and design-in processes to integratetheir technology seamlessly into products.
  • Work with internal teams to create tools, generate data, and build compelling documentation that showcases the value oftheir solutions.
  • Maintain organization and manage tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Actively engage with customers, identifying challenges and proactively solving them where others might hesitate.
  • Serve as a technical advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to long-term product success.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align product schedules and volumes with customer requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:
    • Strong background in RF engineering, specifically within the mobile industry, with proven experience in customer-facing roles.
    • Experience working with global mobile OEMs and familiarity with 3GPP standards.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in antenna design, performance, and testing.
    • Comprehensive understanding of mobile RF technologies, including testing, design-in, and performance evaluation.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a tenacious approach to finding solutions.
    • Highly organized with a task-oriented, proactive mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in the semiconductor industry or a related technical field.
    • Familiarity with customer support practices and tools.
