Our client based just outside Cambridge are seeking an Account Manager to join them in a permanent position due to the growth of their team. You must have previous sales experience as an Account Manager and any experience of selling medical devices or skincare/beauty products will be very useful. Job Details:

This is a varied, evolving role and will include the following responsibilities:

路 Offer an exceptional level of customer relations and service.

路 Communicating with existing customers to keep them informed about current offers and company news.

路 Communicating with customers to encourage sales for the company and to nurture/build relationships.

路 Answering customer queries promptly and accurately.

路 Managing customer expectations.

路 Identifying customer needs to result in effective solutions.

路 Processing orders and taking payments.

路 Maintaining and updating customer records on the company database

路 Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be required within a busy office environment

路 Assisting field sales.

路 Assisting in achieving company goals.
