- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for each of their service lines and build strategies that will enhance their brand presence, supporting the growth of the business.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all their priority channels including website and social media.
- Lead their digital marketing priorities including website management, SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising (PPC, sponsorships).
- Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content for their channels, including service line content, blogs, newsletters, white papers, and case studies.
- Help develop their CX framework which ensures that their clients are at the heart of their decision making and engagement with clients.
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies that enhance their client relationships and help client retention.
- Work with the Marketing and Events Executive to plan and manage client events, webinars, and seminars that promote our services and demonstrate their thought leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5 plus years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within professional services or accountancy firms.
- Proven experience working in partnership-based organisations would be an advantage.
- Demonstrable understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, SEO tools, social media platforms).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
