Hays Marketing is proud to be working in partnership with a key educational client in Cambridge who are looking to appoint a Marketing & Communications Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional marketer to develop their career within the marketing department of a leader in the educational sector, who actively makes a difference to Cambridge learners around the world.About the roleYou will be joining the Product and Propositions Marketing team within their Global Marketing directorate and be responsible for how they communicate with their customers and stakeholders around the world about a range of products and services from across the Cambridge Pathway. You'll be responsible for the planning and delivery of a variety of activities to attract, retain and develop their customer base.You'll work alongside and collaborate with colleagues in their Global Marketing team to create impactful marketing and communication activity to drive customer and stakeholder engagement.The ideal candidate would be a marketing professional who is curious, creative and has a sharp eye for detail. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to effectively collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders on many different projects, meet project deadlines and be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.You will have previous experience in planning, briefing and project managing marketing communications, materials and campaigns, be able to work on your own initiative, have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others.In addition, to be successful in this role, you will be:
