be:technology is currently partnered with an established business in Cambridge, who are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join the team. This is a brand new role, you will come in and have full autonomy over the growth and development of your team, allowing you to really implement your vision into the business.

We are looking for someone who has experience in planning effective strategies that will drive growth. The business is looking for someone with experience in a B2B environment, that can generate leads through various channels including email, Social Media, content, website and be creative doing it!

Key responsibilities:?Client Acquisition: Developing and implementing innovative B2B strategies to attract new clients and grow our pipeline.?CRM Management: Creating personalized, segmented campaigns and managing our client communications.?Social Media Marketing: Enhancing our LinkedIn presence, creating engaging content, and building relationships with prospective clients.?Content Marketing: Developing compelling content strategies that align with our client acquisition goals across various channels.?Email Marketing: Executing email campaigns that drive engagement and convert leads into clients.

Who You Are:?You have 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on client acquisition.?You have experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar, and you know how to leverage it to drive results.?You know how to create engaging, effective content across social media, email, and web.?You're comfortable working with PPC and SEO (PPC is not essential but highly desirable) ?You're innovative, data-driven, and you know how to adapt marketing strategies based on performance.
