We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive AI-focused SaaS marketing projects with creativity, resourcefulness, and a growth-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage AI SaaS marketing projects, from strategy to execution, on a tight budget.
  • Create and manage compelling video content for marketing campaigns across multiple channels, explaining AI products in a way that resonates with business owners.
  • Grow and manage Facebook/Skool groups/Whatsapp, building engaged online communities that drive leads and conversions.
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns focused on storytelling, ensuring the message is simple, relatable, and aligned with small business needs.
  • Experiment with new ideas and take calculated risks to achieve growth in a competitive space.
  • Collaborate with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and manage influencer marketing campaigns to expand our reach.
  • Track and measure campaign performance, using data to optimize future efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong storytelling skills, with a focus on creating video-first content that simplifies AI concepts for small business owners.
  • Experience managing online communities (Facebook, Skool, or similar platforms) to drive engagement and leads.
  • Ability to work independently, self-sufficiently, and creatively problem-solve in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable taking risks in campaigns, learning from failures, and optimizing for success.
  • Negotiation skills to manage influencer collaborations and build effective partnerships.
  • Proven track record with successful campaigns (video, social media, or community-building campaigns).
  • Experience in paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc) would be advantageous.
  • Able to think creatively and push boundaries in marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking tactics and low-cost marketing strategies
  • Understand how to communicate AI concepts to small and medium-sized business owners in a clear, reliable way
