R13 Recruitment are thrilled to be representing a unique and leading business within the digital sphere, managing their recruitment of a Sales Lead. Within this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible developing sales strategy, process and structure, leading, mentoring and growing the team of 2 within international Business Development in the Affiliate space.

This is a full time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week). The role is fully remote. Travel will be required for this position, including 1 day per month in Cambridge. The offered salary for this role is £56000-£60000 depending on experience.

The Day to Day:

  • Developing the sales process, structure and strategy
  • Introducing elements of automation to aide the sales process
  • Line management, coaching and development of two Partnership Managers.
  • Achieveing volume based goals of new client onboarding in the affilidate space
  • Overseeing the sales pipeline, developing the methodology and systems.
  • Actively contributing to P&L and budget work for new business and customer acquisition.
  • Immersing yourself within the company and identifying truly matched company partners.
  • Attending networking events to build new and existing relationships.
  • Delivering insight on business function improvements & reporting internally on OKRs.

You Will Have/Be:

  • Proven business development experience.
  • Proven capability in developing and executibg a successful sales prcess which delivers volume business.
  • Capability to coach teams on delivering sales objectives
  • Excellent communication and thrives in stakeholder management.
  • Sound experience identifying new prospective opportunities.
  • Naturally innovative and looking to join a like-minded business that truly value employees from their core.
  • Experience in utilising a CRM tool to support and deliver sales strategy

Desirable experience:

  • Experience within Affiliate Marketing/PPC agency sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience of direct line management.
