Our client, a successful SME business, are currently looking for a Field Sales Manager to join their team on a full-time basis, covering the South of England. A company car will be provided.
Main duties include:
- New business development, maintaining a good level of outbound calls and visits.
- Qualifying leads and fact-finding
- Building lasting relationships with clients
- Arranging, delivering meetings,product demonstrations and negotiation.
- Supporting internal teams with quotations
- Contributing to sales campaigns
The successful candidate:
- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales.
- Confident communicator, resilient and motivated to succeed
- Proactive with the ability to use own initiative to identify new business opportunities
- Strong account management skills
- Good IT skills
- The desire to work in a friendly team
There is 26 days annual leave, laptop and mobile provided as well as a good commission structure.
