Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification?
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful Early Years Team in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of young minds in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's individual needs.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring appropriate developmental milestones are met.
- Support children in their emotional, social, and physical development.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about working with young children and fostering their development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- First Aid trained (or willingness to complete training).
- Experience working with children with additional needs.
