Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and caring Nursery Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of our children.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children.

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and experiences.

• Monitor and record children's development and progress.

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health & safety regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

• Experience working with young children in a nursery setting.

• Strong understanding of child development and early years best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
