About the Project:
Future Build Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a Tier 1 Contractor for a crucial infrastructure project in Cambridgeshire. This project aims to enhance the clean water supply network, ensuring improved service for local communities. This is a 3 month contract but there is the posibility for this to be extended beyond this.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of the project by:
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and supervision of pipeline installation.
- Coordinating daily site activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Interpreting and applying engineering drawings and specifications on-site.
- Conducting surveys and site investigations to align with ecological and environmental requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, and First Aid certifications (advantageous).
- Proven experience in groundworks, earthworks, or geotechnical projects, ideally within large-scale infrastructure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
