We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Examiner to join a prominent client in the Rail sector for a high-profile project in Anglia. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant workload, on a long-term basis.
About the Client
Our client is a well-established and respected contractor with a proven track record in delivering some of the UKs most ambitious engineering and infrastructure projects within the rail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough structural examinations of various infrastructure elements, including viaducts, bridges (overhead, underbridge, and footbridges), subways, retaining walls, and more.
- Accurately record defects and provide detailed reporting on findings to ensure comprehensive maintenance and safety assessments.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, demonstrating attention to detail and expertise in structural analysis.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in structural examinations within the Rail sector.
- Competency in STE04, STE05, or STE06 (required).
- Strong technical report writing skills, with the ability to convey findings clearly and concisely.
- Valid PTS certification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
