The Building Surveyor's RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered or nearly Chartered Building Surveyor to deliver a range of professional and project-led instructions across a diverse commercial portfolio.

You'll be involved in traditional building surveying services, including dilapidations, party wall matters, technical due diligence, contract administration, building pathology, condition and measured surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, construction monitoring, and principal design duties.

You'll work with a collaborative team, reporting directly to a Building Surveyor Partner, offering you not only mentorship and support but also a direct route for career advancement.

The Successful Building Surveyor Will Have

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MRICS Qualified or working towards Chartership

  • Degree in Building Surveying or relevant field

  • Strong commercial consultancy background

  • Comfortable managing clients and delivering professional services independently

  • Solid technical knowledge and a desire to continually grow within the role
