Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will be instrumental in pioneering projects focused on sustainability, dedicated to developing approaches that reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, ultimately lessening environmental impact.

You'll role as the chosen Building Surveyor, will be to work on a variety of schemes across the commercial, industrial, retail and office sectors, carrying out predominantly professional bias services including dilapidations, licenses to alter, ppm's, surveys and party walls.

Person specification

This role will suit a Building Surveyor who works collaboratively within a team setting, as well as confident to work autonomously.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A consultancy/private practice background
  • Strong technical knowledge
