A reputable national property consultancy is looking for a proactive Building Surveyor at mid to senior level to join their newly established, under new management office in Cambridge.

This role offers fast-tracked progression and the chance to take on meaningful responsibilities within an agile and supportive environment.

The successful Building Surveyor Role

The successful Building Surveyor will work on a diverse array of projects across sectors, including industrial, education, historic properties, and local authority.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional services such as dilapidations and building surveys
  • Engage in project duties, including contract administration
  • Collaborate with an experienced team while also taking ownership of individual client projects

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
