Energy Assessor - OCDEA

This is a fantasist opportunity for an OCDEA accredited to join a multidisciplined consultancy who provide specialist compliance services to various clients across the UK. They are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running on numerous commercial projects within the construction industry.

An Energy Assessor will be responsible for:

  • Producing Part L SAP assessments to ensure clients projects are in compliance with UK building regulations
  • Carry out consultancy and written reports for planning stages so that requirements are met
  • Work alongside clients and provide highly technical solutions to meet their sustainability requirements throughout all stages of development

The ideal Energy Assessor will have:

  • An OCDEA qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
  • Experience within a relevant role delivering Part L SAP assessments for commercial projects
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of UK planning and building regulations such as Part L
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
