This is a Senior Building Surveying role, with an established Property Consultancy, based in the heart of Cambridge, joining a close-knit and collaborative team of 5 Building Surveyors, with a wider office.

The chosen Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, with a particular emphasis on delivering professional services to a portfolio of commercial, rural and residential clients.

  • Technical due diligence
  • Party wall matters
  • Contract administration on refurb conversions and new build projects
  • Schedules of conditions

Person specification

  • MRICS qualified
  • RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
  • A consultancy/ private property practice background
  • Strong knowledge of RCA's and dilapidations
  • Confident communicator and business development ability
