The role of Business Development Director will see you fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and line managing 2 individuals.

A few of your key duties will include:-
- Be the key contact for prospective clients on both a pro-active and reactive basis
- Plan sales and marketing activities to ensure target participant numbers are achieved
- Partner with others to explore and launch new programmes
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure successful delivery of programmes
- Provide clear direction to your team helping to inspire others
- Update and maintain the central CRM
