This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join an established main contractor working on high-spec commercial fit-outs across Cambridgeshire, with projects ranging from £250k to £10m+ in value. You'll have project ownership and autonomy, with the goal of maximising each job's financial capabilities, working on Category A, A+ and B fit-outs.

The company has been established for over 25 years and is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their 20-strong team after a period of steady growth and work wins. Long term, you'll enjoy project ownership and autonomy of exciting projects.

Your role as a Commercial Manager will include:

* Day-to-day commercial management * Procurement of subcontractors * Liaising with and upselling to clients

The successful Commercial Manager will need:

* Background in Commercial Management * Experience in Commercial projects, ideally fit-outs * Commutable to Cambridge * Full UK working rights
