Kameo Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join a global software solutions company in Cambridge. The Sales Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team with order processing and other day to day activities. The role is varied with a mix of customer service, administration and project coordination. The role is key in ensuring the seamless coordination of the whole sales process from start to finish.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Operations Coordinator:

  • Overseeing the day-to day sales activities and processing orders from the sales team
  • Managing the online store and processing any orders that come through
  • Responsible for completing supplier vendor and NDA forms
  • Providing data and reports on sales activity, opportunities and commissions
  • Liaising with key suppliers to ensure orders are processed correctly and any issues are
  • solved without impacting the customer
  • Responsible for issuing purchase orders to suppliers and invoices to our customers
  • Providing support to customers regarding order status and shipping details
  • Streamlining the CRM and focusing on finding ways to improve the sales process to reduce admin time for everyone

Requirements for the Sales Operations Coordinator:

  • Experience in a sales admin/office support role or internal sales
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, ideally with previous knowledge using sales force and CRM systems
  • Experience in extracting data
  • Passionate in driving collaborations, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, learning and development, promoting an in the moment feedback/feed forward culture and creating a positive team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and very good attention to detail

Location: Cambridge, 3 days in the office per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and 2
