Electrical Contract Manager - I currenlty have an exciting opportunity available for an Electrical Contract Manager to join a close-knit team, being based primarliy out of their office in Cambridge. The company specialise in commercial projects, completing electrical and mechanical fit outs/installations across prisons, schools, care homes and other commercial premises.
As an Electrical Contract Manager you will be responsible for overseeing projects up to 12m in value, liaising with specialist sub-contractors day to day, making sure contracts are delivered on time and within budget, attending client and contractor meetings, ensuring RAMS and health & safety paperwork is up to date and supporting with estimates for additional works.
The starting basic salary is negotiable within reason between 55-70k and you will also benefit from a company car or car allowance. Other benefits include 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and the opportunity for further professional development/training. You must have an SMSTS certificate along with relevant electrical qualifications.
