About your role
- Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the go to contact with all electrical aspects and queries.
- Manage contractual compliance from an electrical standpoint across the contract
- Review, manage and control electrical processes
- Working closely with the on-site management teams and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
- Working to increase the performance of the electrical team across all areas
About you
- Technically qualified in Electrical engineering at HNC, equivalent or above
- Experience of managing commercial maintenance contracts
- Commercially astute
- Accustomed to being the lead Electrical contact on a contract
- Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
- Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
- Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
This role is based in Cambridgeshire with travel required
You may have experience as one of the following: Head of Technical Services, Technical Services Manager, Hard Services Manager, Head of Technical, Head of Electrical, Electrical Maintenance Manager, Electrical Contract Manager, Electrical Services Manager.
