This is a Senior Building Surveying role, with an established Property Consultancy, based in the heart of Cambridge, joining a close-knit and collaborative team of 5 Building Surveyors, with a wider office.

Person specification

  • MRICS qualified
  • RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
  • A consultancy/ private property practice background
  • Strong knowledge of RCA's and dilapidations
  • Confident communicator and business development ability
