This is a Senior Building Surveying role, with an established Property Consultancy, based in the heart of Cambridge, joining a close-knit and collaborative team of 5 Building Surveyors, with a wider office.

Role and responsibilities
The chosen Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, with a particular emphasis on delivering professional services to a portfolio of commercial, rural and residential clients.
- Dilapidations
- Technical due diligence
- Party wall matters
- Contract administration on refurb conversions and new build projects
- Schedules of conditions
Person specification
- MRICS qualified
- RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
- A consultancy/ private property practice background
- Strong knowledge of RCA's and dilapidations
- Confident communicator and business development ability
