The Senior Building Surveyor Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will work on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning industrial, education, historic properties, and local authority sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering professional services such as dilapidations and building surveys.
  • Taking ownership of project duties, including contract administration.

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have

  • Qualifications: MRICS (preferred but not essential) and a RICS-accredited degree (essential).
  • Experience: Proven background in property consultancy and a variety of surveying service lines.
