The Senior Building Surveyor's Role

You'll take ownership of delivering a range of professional services, including pre-acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, planned maintenance, and party wall matters.

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualification preferred
- Extensive experience in professional services and project delivery
- Proven background in a consultancy environment
- Strong client management and business development skills
