Your new companyLeading international construction company operating across multiple sectors including build, infrastructure and energyYour new roleWorking on a project in Cambridge with the main focus on the scheme being the installation of Solar Charging Ports, they require a Site Manager for holiday cover.As Site Manager you will be required to:
- Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications
- Measuring and quality checking building materials
- Carrying out site inductions
- RAMS reviews
- Ensuring programmes are followed and any deviation identified to the Project Manager
- Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them
- Keeping detailed records of work
- Liaising with contractors and site team
- Ensuring building regulations, health and safety legislation, legal and environmental requirements are met.
