The Site Supervisor/Maintenance Supervisor role involves supporting the Compliance Manager in operational management across the Midlands portfolio.
The position requires managing mobile engineering resources and ensuring compliance with service delivery obligations while supporting P&L, SLA's, and KPI performance measurement.
This is an office-based role located in Cambridge, CB1, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and offers an ongoing/temp to perm opportunity.
The pay for this position is £23.50 per hour via umbrella, and candidates must be fully qualified with a driver's license.
Applicants should have specific knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical building services and ideally possess experience in a similar supervisory role.

Site Supervisor/Maintenance SupervisorThe purpose of this role is to support the Compliance Manager to deliver their duties to provide operational management across the diverse Midlands portfolio.The engineering supervisor is responsible for managing all mobile engineering resource to affected properties within the defined geographical area ensuring compliance with service delivery obligations and supporting the Compliance Manager in management of the P&L, SLA’s and KPI performance measurement. Office based in Cambridge, CB1Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pmOn-going/Temp to perm opportunityPaying £23.50ph via umbrella (can facilitate CIS if set up)Must be fully qualified and possess a driver’s license Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Compliance Manager in managing the service delivery throughout their geographical area in line with contract obligations and service standards.Manage the mobile engineering team and ensure appropriate levels of resources are deployed with succession and development plans in place.Be first point of contact for the engineering team assisting queries and offering support.Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with all statutory requirements and corporate policies including, but not limited to, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, Environment & Sustainability and Employment Legislation.Carry out site audits to ensure logbooks and work is compliant & recorded accurately.Liaise with the Central Teams re outstanding works.Have specific knowledge in both Mechanical and Electrical building services which are considered normal for a building office location.Have acquired elements of other skills which will enable them to work flexibly across trades and also support handyman type activities.Will operate as part of an effective Professional Maintenance team.
