Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Accurately prepare cost estimates for various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to ensure comprehensive assessments.
• Work closely with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing information.
• Provide value engineering solutions to ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
• Assist in tender preparation and submission, including pricing and documentation.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Keep up to date with market trends, material costs, and construction methods.

The ideal applicant for this position will possess;

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, preferably with a background in major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and market rates.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving license.
