Are you an experienced Head of Projects who can demonstrate strong project delivery outcomes alongside people management skills?

You thrive on motivating others to succeed as well as a desire for success on a personal level - target driven and commercially aware.

Practiced in delivering the full project lifecycle on complex hardware & software products, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and meeting or exceeding expectations on all fronts.

As an exceptional leader, you will be able to implement a clear programme of delivery over set milestones not to mention set the overall direction, priorities and development for the team, processes and procedures.

Some other things that you will need:

  • A qualification held in one or more major project management methods
  • Experience of working with major project management methodologies e.g. PRINCE2, Agile etc
  • Good financial knowledge and understanding of P&L/Balance sheets
  • Proven ability to prioritise and deal with difficult, demanding and complex situations
  • Happy to work on site just outside of Cambridge
