Health & Safety Facilities Manager:

  • An extensive background in facilities management with an excellent understanding of building systems and relevant engineering knowledge
  • Line management of in house teams and external service contractors
  • Prior health & safety and security experience
  • Project management and planning skills
  • Understanding of financial management and budget forecasting
  • Full, clean driving licence and their own car for occasional travel
