Jark Cambridge are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator for a permanent position based in Cambridge with a leading Facilities Management contractor.
The Key Duties of this role will be:
- To Support the facilities manager with the day to day delivery of planned & reactive maintenance tasks.
- Supporting the onsite client helpdesk team to resolvea ny maintenance issues raised
- Planning and arranging subcontractor visits to site
- Inducting site contractors
- Monitoring site compliance logs
- Filing & organising all related paperwork
- Assisting with the invoicing for completed site works

Skills Required
You will ideally have an understanding of the delivery of planned maintenance
Experience of working with a competer aided facilities management system (CAFM) is preferred.
Strong Communication skills

Any knowledge of standards and regulations within the FM industry would be an advantage
