Title: Training Specialist - Remote - 6 Months (initially) - £350 inside IR35

A global pharmaceutical company currently require a Training Specialist / Learning Experience Manager. The ideal candidate will support in shaping accessible, sustainable, and compliant learning solutions for diverse R&D learners.

This role will focus on designing and delivering impactful learning experiences aligned with key programs: Clinical Innovation and execution excellence etc. You'll work under minimal supervision, lead moderately complex projects, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design accessible, sustainable, and compliant learning experiences tailored to program-specific needs.
  • Conduct needs analyses and leverage methodologies like virtual interactions, eLearning, simulations, and social learning to deliver blended learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Business Process Owners and SMEs, to align solutions with business goals.
  • Provide expertise on learning technologies and determine the best deployment and tracking methods.
  • Analyse evaluation data to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manage project planning and execution, delivering learning solutions on time and within scope.
  • Drive engagement through creative tactics like email campaigns, social discussions, and hybrid learning events.

Key requirements:

Essential

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and a variety of learning methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry, with a good understanding of the R&D drug development lifecycle.
  • An innovative thinker who can approach challenges creatively and think outside the box.
  • Skilled in managing and using technology effectively, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong collaborative, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with curiosity to understand the business environment.
