About the Role: As a Trainee Estimator, you will be supported throughout your journey with us, gaining hands-on experience and training to become an expert in estimating roofing projects. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals, assisting with costings, project planning, and client communications.

What We're Looking For:

• No prior experience necessary – we’re more interested in your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and adaptability.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A basic understanding of construction or a keen interest in the industry would be a bonus, but not essential.
