New Commercial and Intellectual Property Solicitor opportunity to join a dynamic and growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Commercial Solicitor (between 3 - 7 years PQE) to work with a highly regarded team on a varied and inspiring workload.

The Role:

  • Provide general commercial contract advice to include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a broad variety of commercial agreements.
  • Provide some IP advice, including trademark and copyright matters.
  • Deliver in-house legal support and pragmatic advice tailored to needs.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-7 years PQE UK qualified solicitor.
  • Solid experience in general commercial agreements.
  • Some working knowledge of intellectual property.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to deliver practical and commercially focused legal advice.
  • Proven excellence in drafting, negotiating, and client management.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
  • In-house experience (permanent or secondment) is an advantage.
