Credit Controller

We require a temporary credit controller to join a busy team in St Neots.

You will have previous experience within Credit Control, including the ability to analyse data and download reports on excel daily.

You will also be responsible for the upkeep of the debt management reporting, which will be analysed weekly and stakeholders contacted to discuss further

• Manage financial accounts of external stakeholders, managing reconciliation and settlement of debtor and creditor ledger balances
• Record and maintain Business records in line with Company Procedure.
• Escalate any issues with your designated branch to your Team Leader within reasonable timescale.
• Assist business with any queries they have and with the collection process offering support with letters, calls etc.
• Handle and process payment requests, including production of payment request packages i
• Carry out duties following internal policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, good governance and shared values, in particular, putting clients at the heart of our business
