We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in South Cambridge who are recruiting for a Credit Controller on a full-time basis. This role will be office based and to be successful in the role, you would need to have experience in a similar position.
Typical duties include:
- Monitoring aged debt reports and taking appropriate action
- Maintaining customer relationships and managing assigned accounts effectively
- Dealing with incoming queries and approving credit limits when required
- Liaising with customers and escalating issues where necessary
- Processing card payments
- Assisting with any other duties to assist where required
You will have:
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- The ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a similar role and enjoy providing great customer service
