Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for a role based in Cambridge.

The role offers Hybrid working, Salary between £23,000 - £26,000 DOE , Bonus Scheme, 28 days Holiday + Bank Holidays plus other benefits.

The role will include collecting outstanding balances from existing customers.

Full responsibilities Include -

Contacting customers to collect payment via email & phone
Reconciling customer payments against invoices
Keeping customer records up to date
Responding to customer enquiries to allow swift payments to be made
Escalating disputed debts to disputes team
Manage AR relationships with key stakeholders
Support in Month end activities such as preparation of accruals & reporting
Support wider finance team with Ad hoc Tasks
